Order data: your name and email address when you purchase the Bread Guide or the Guided Experience, so we can deliver your product and contact you about it.
Mentorship data: if you join the Guided Experience, your time zone, preferred hours, and your chosen communication channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, or Google Meet), plus any photos or messages you choose to share with your mentor.
Newsletter data: your email address if you subscribe to updates. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
Technical data: basic, anonymized usage information such as pages visited and browser type, used to keep the site fast and reliable.
02How we use your data
To deliver your digital guide, schedule and run your mentorship sessions, process payments, and send order confirmations and product updates.
To answer your questions and provide support.
To send you our newsletter only if you explicitly subscribed.
We never sell your personal data to third parties, and we never use your mentorship conversations or photos for marketing without your written permission.
03Payments
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or Paddle). We never see, store, or have access to your full card details — they go directly to the payment processor over an encrypted connection.
04Data retention
Order records are kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law. Mentorship messages are retained for 12 months after your program ends, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
05Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
You may withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
